EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

August 2002 – March 2009: Marine Bank/Centennial Bank
Senior Vice President and Senior Loan Officer (Executive Officer):

Position started as a commercial lender to develop business in the Lower Keys and Key West Market. Increased assets in the Lower Keys and Key West from $5MM to nearly $150MM over a four year time period. Top producing lender for the bank and averaged over $200,000 per year in fee income.

• Promoted to SVP/Senior Lender (Executive Officer) in December 2003.
• Hired and trained commercial lending staff of seven lenders and three loan officer assistants including West Coast branches.
• Managed residential lending function of the bank consisting of up to five lenders and residential manager including West Coast branches.
• Managed the Merchant Bankcard program and lead conversion to new vendor, more than doubling profitability.
• Revised Bank lending policies and procedures.
• Managed Bank’s entire loan portfolio consisting of nearly $370MM.
• Responsible for managing and working out all problem loans including working with Bank’s counsel in developing firm strategies to minimize loss.
• Presented monthly Board Reports including ALLL analysis and portfolio concentrations.
• Worked closely with loan department on credit administration functions to reduce credit and collateral exceptions.
• Maintained close relationships with various banks for the purpose of participating loans above Marine’s legal lending limit.
• Prepared management responses for issues brought forth by internal and external examiners.

1999-2002 - Industrial Forge, Inc.: Operations Manager for specialized fastener manufacturing company. Responsible for all aspects of the daily operations including selection/termination of employees, sales, customer service, quality control, purchasing and government contracts. Further responsible for implementing new processes and controls to improve overall company production.

1992-1999 - First National Bank of the Florida Keys (Orion Bank): Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer: Responsible for managing $25 million portfolio including; collections, litigation and new business development. Managed the merchant bankcard program with over 200 merchants, including the conversion to a new vender more than doubling profitability over a two year time period.

1991-1992 - NationsBank/Bank of America: Credit Analyst: Responsible for working with relationship managers in underwriting large commercial loans and preparing annual credit reviews on relationships over $5 million. Completed Nationsbank four month credit training program.

EDUCATION:

University of Central Florida: Graduated 1991 with B.S. in Business Administration/Finance.

ABA Commercial Lending School - Norman, Oklahoma.

RMA Commercial Lending School - Greenville, South Carolina

SKILLS:

Excellent overall business skills and knowledge including accounting, finance, management and sales. Broad based experience in computers specifically Microsoft Windows and compatible programs. Also, able to handle multiple projects and meet applicable deadlines.

PERSONAL:
